What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the route and cargo details of a shipment, and any notes or shipment references you add.
Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email, including any documents in them.

We don’t ask for more than we need to answer you or move your shipment.

Why we use it

to prepare and send you a quote
to arrange and handle a shipment you book with us
to reply to your questions and shipment status enquiries
to keep the business records the law requires

Our legal basis

We process your data because you ask us to (for a quote or a reply), because it is needed to carry out a shipment you have agreed with us, because the law requires certain records, or because you have consented, for example to analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; this doesn’t affect what was done before.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to move your shipment or to meet a legal obligation: carriers and transport partners, customs authorities and licensed customs brokers, and agents at origin or destination. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those messages are also handled by the providers of those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that don’t lead to a shipment are deleted once they are no longer needed. Shipment records are kept for the period the law requires for business and customs records.

Your rights

Under Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) you can ask us:

whether we hold personal data about you, and for a copy of it
to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
to delete or block data that we no longer have a reason to keep
to stop using your data for a purpose you object to

You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Bahrain if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent before anything loads, and update this policy.
